Custom Artwork
To ensure the best possible production and printing results, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing your files.
A. File Format
Accepted file formats: PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, TIF, CDR
Please convert all text to outlines/curves before saving your file.
Please use CMYK color mode for your artwork.
If you are using a newer version of design software, please save the file in a compatible lower-version format when possible.
B. Image Resolution
For the best print quality, vector files are preferred. Please provide AI, CDR, or EPS files whenever possible.
If you are providing a raster/bitmap file, please make sure the resolution is at least 300 DPI at the final print size.
C. Design Guidelines
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your artwork is produced accurately:
Yellow Line: Keep the main design within 3 mm inside the finished line to avoid important elements being trimmed.
Black Line: Indicates the finished line, which represents the actual edge of the final product.
Red Line: Add 3 mm of bleed outside the finished line. This area will be trimmed during production.
[Design File] How do I send my design file after ordering?
After placing your order, please contact us via email or WeChat and send your design file in PSD, AI, CDR, or PDF format. We will confirm the design with you before production.
[Shipping] How long does shipping take?
After design confirmation, orders usually ship within 7-15 business days. Exact time depends on order quantity and customization complexity.

[Quality] What if there is a quality issue?
