4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 7-15 business days after design confirmation.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

  • Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues (such as incorrect size provided by the customer, change of mind, or design preferences).

  • If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will provide a free replacement or full refund after verification.
