Shipping Instructions
1. Orders will be shipped within the agreed working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery will bepostponed on weekends and public holidays.
2. We partner with reputable international logistics carriers. Delivery normally takes 7 to 25 workingdays, depending on the destination country or region.
3. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch for you to check shipment status online in realtime.
4. Please inspect the package on arrival. In case of damaged packaging, missing items or wronggoods, please take photos or videos and contact customer service right away.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns are acceptable within 7 days upon receipt. Items must be brand new, unused andunwashed, with original packaging and all accessories complete, and fit for resale.
2. For quality issues: We will cover return shipping fees for defective products, transit damage orincorrect deliveries. Full refund or free replacement is available.
3. For personal reasons: The buyer shall bear return shipping costs for returns due to size issues orpersonal preference. A small restocking fee may be charged for certain products.
4. Non-returnable items: Custom-made goods, personalized products, perishables, intimate appareland items damaged by human error are not eligible for return.
5. Return process: Contact customer service to obtain the return address - Send back the goods -We conduct inspection - Refund or replacement will be processed within 3 working days.
