All our products are made to order according to your specific design and requirements. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues, including:

  • Incorrect size or design provided by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Design preferences

2. Quality Issues

We stand behind our quality. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. After verification, we will provide:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund
